1. Introduction & Applicability
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 499be platform and all services provided on it. 499be is an online gaming platform offering cricket betting, live casino, and slot games for users in Bangladesh.
By creating an account on 499be or accessing the platform, you will be considered to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2. Account Eligibility & Registration
To open an account on 499be and use its services, the following conditions must be met:

2.2 Account Information
- Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.

- Keeping the account password confidential is the user's own responsibility.
- Giving a third party access to your account or selling/transferring your account is prohibited.
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
To complete the identity verification process required by 499be, the user may need to submit a national identity card, passport, or other approved documents. If this process is not completed, deposits, withdrawals, or bonus benefits may be restricted.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
3.1 Payment Methods
499be currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major commercial banks).
3.2 Deposit Limits
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 (per method).
- Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
- The source of deposits must be your own registered payment account.
3.3 Withdrawal Conditions
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
- Standard withdrawal time: 5–30 minutes.
- Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if identity verification has not been completed.
- 499be reserves the right to suspend withdrawals if fraud or a breach of rules is suspected.
Warning: Depositing or withdrawing using a third-party account is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in account termination.
4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
499be offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳2,000 → Total balance ৳3,000.
- Deposit ৳22,000 → Bonus ৳20,000 → Total balance ৳42,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. A 15x wagering requirement applies on the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not on the combined total of deposit + bonus). For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each user may use each promotional offer only once.
- When claiming a bonus, wagering must be completed within a specified time limit.
- Attempting to claim the same offer through multiple accounts is prohibited.
- 499be reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- If fraudulent activity is suspected, bonuses may be forfeited.
4.4 VIP Program
Regular members can become part of the 499be VIP program. This program has four tiers:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
- Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
- Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
- Platinum: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.
Members can advance to higher tiers based on gaming activity and engagement. VIP benefits may change, and 499be's decision on this matter is final.
5. Gaming & Betting Rules
5.1 General Gaming Rules
- All games are conducted in accordance with fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined using a Random Number Generator (RNG).
- If a game or bet outcome is affected by a technical error, 499be reserves the right to void the relevant bet.
- Using bots, automated software, or any other unfair method is strictly prohibited.
- If game rules change, 499be will endeavour to notify members in a timely manner.
5.2 Sports Betting
- All bets will be settled according to the rules displayed on the platform.
- If an event is cancelled or postponed, bet settlement will follow prevailing industry standards.
- Specific rules apply to each market; it is the user's responsibility to read the relevant market rules before placing a bet.
- In the case of an obvious pricing error, 499be may void the bet.
5.3 Responsible Gaming

6. Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the 499be platform. Violation may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds:

- Impersonating another user or providing fraudulent information.
- Attempting to interfere with the platform's software or games.
- Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
- Abusing or manipulating the bonus system.
- Attempting to harass or harm other users.
- Accessing the platform through any automated or robotic means.
If any suspicious activity is detected, 499be reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Service Availability
499be strives to provide uninterrupted service, however temporary disruptions may occur due to technical maintenance, server upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances. 499be will not be liable for such disruptions.
8.2 Gaming Losses
Winning and losing in gaming is entirely normal. 499be accepts no liability for a user's gaming losses. It is advised to play within your means for entertainment purposes.
8.3 Third-Party Content
The 499be platform features content from third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi). These providers' own terms and conditions may apply.
9. Account Closure & Suspension
9.1 Closure at User's Request
Any user may request to close their account at any time. In this case, any funds remaining in the account will be returned subject to fulfillment of applicable withdrawal conditions.
9.2 Closure by 499be
499be reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:
- If any clause of these Terms is violated.
- In the case of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- If incorrect or false information has been provided.
- Due to legal or regulatory obligations.
- In the case of an account that has been inactive for an extended period.

11.3 Language
These terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any discrepancy between the Bengali version and a version translated into another language, the Bengali version will prevail.
